Tell me what broke.
Want to know what it costs first? Pick your device, model, color and what needs fixing, and an estimate shows up right away, without sending anything. When you’re ready, fill in the rest to get a ticket number, then a fixed price covering parts and labor.
Got it.
Your ticket number is —, and it’s in the confirmation email. You don’t have to hang onto it. The tracker below runs off your email address alone.
Don’t see the email in a few minutes? Check your Junk or Spam folder, and mark it as not junk so the next ones land in your inbox.
I read every one of these myself and get back to you with a price, or a question, usually the same day.
One thing before you hand it over
Set a temporary passcode.
Once the new part is in, I need to get into the device to test that it works properly. That goes for every device, Apple or not. So before we meet, change your passcode or password to a simple temporary one, and tell me it at the handover.
When you get it back, change it back to your own. Your real passcode is never shared, and I only ever see what I need to test the repair.
- Phones and tablets: change the passcode in Settings. On an iPhone, do it at home: Stolen Device Protection can add an hour’s wait if you change it somewhere else.
- Laptops and computers: a temporary password on your account, or set up a spare user account if you’d rather keep yours closed.
- Consoles: usually nothing to do, unless you’ve set a PIN.
Your estimate
Pick your model and tick what needs fixing, and the price shows up here.
Where does mine stand?
Every request sits in one of four states. Put in the email you sent it from and you’ll get the current one. Nothing else.
- Pending
Received and queued. A quote is on its way by email.
- Confirmed
Quoted and accepted. You’ll get an email asking how you want to hand it over.
- Declined
Not one I can take on, and I’ll tell you why.
- Cancelled
Closed, either at your request or mine. Nothing owed.
No ticket number needed. If you’ve sent me more than one repair, they’ll all show up.
Other ways to reach me
Texting me a photo of the damage is usually the fastest way to a rough price. For anything that isn’t a repair, like parts questions, bulk work, or just checking whether something is worth sending, email is best.
